Return Policy

At RDSWA Airbrush, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Return & Refund Policy outlines our guidelines for returns, exchanges, and refunds for all orders placed on www.rdswa-airbrush.com. Please read this policy carefully before initiating a return.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may return a product for a refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery, provided that:

– The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging (with all tags, manuals, and accessories intact).

– The product is not damaged, defective, or altered in any way.

– The product is not a custom or personalized item (custom airbrushes are non-returnable).

– The product is not a clearance or final sale item (final sale items are marked as such on the product page and are non-returnable).

2. Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product (e.g., wrong model, missing parts), please contact us at info@rdswa-airbrush.com within 7 days of delivery. We will require photos of the defective/damaged product and the packaging to verify the issue.

Once verified, we will offer one of the following solutions:

– A full refund (including shipping fees).

– A free replacement (we will cover all shipping costs for the replacement).

– A store credit for the full value of the product.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

1. Contact us at info@rdswa-airbrush.com with your order number, product name, and reason for return. We will send you a Return Authorization (RA) number within 2 business days.

2. Pack the product securely in its original packaging, including all tags, manuals, and accessories. Write the RA number clearly on the outside of the package.

3. Ship the package back to us using a trackable shipping method (we recommend using a carrier that provides tracking and insurance, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged return packages).

4. Send us the tracking number via email (info@rdswa-airbrush.com) so we can monitor the return.

Note: You are responsible for paying the return shipping fees, unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect (in which case we will reimburse you for the return shipping fees upon receipt of the package).

4. Refund Process

– Once we receive and inspect your return package (usually within 3-5 business days of delivery to our warehouse), we will confirm that the product meets the return eligibility requirements.

– If approved, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

– Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund (usually 3-5 business days).

– Shipping fees for the original order are non-refundable, unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

5. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange a product for a different model or size, please follow the return process outlined above and indicate that you would like an exchange in your email to info@rdswa-airbrush.com. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will ship the replacement product to you (free of charge for exchanges due to defective/damaged products; you will be responsible for any price difference between the original product and the replacement).

6. Refusal of Returns

We reserve the right to refuse a return if:

– The product is used, damaged, or altered.

– The product is not in its original packaging.

– The RA number is not included on the package.

– The return is initiated after 30 days of delivery.

If we refuse a return, we will contact you to inform you of the reason, and you may request that the product be shipped back to you (you will be responsible for the shipping fees).

7. Wholesale/Bulk Orders
