Warranty Period: All RDSWA products come with a 30-day warranty from the date of purchase (as indicated in the product manual or purchase receipt).

2.Special Warranty Service:

90-Day Warranty:

For the following wear-and-tear components, we offer a 90-day warranty from the date of purchase:

3.Warranty Scope:

Covers defects caused by manufacturing issues or non-human-related damage.

 

How to Apply for Warranty Service

If a return is required, RDSWA will cover the shipping costs for issues under warranty.

 

Warranty Exceptions
