Thank you for purchasing from RDSWA Airbrush. This Shipping & Delivery Policy outlines our shipping methods, timelines, fees, and other important details for all orders placed on www.rdswa-airbrush.com. We ship to all countries in the USA, EU, and other select international destinations (see below for details).
1. Shipping Destinations
1.1 USA: We ship to all 50 states of USA, Canada, Mexico. Orders within the United States are fulfilled from USA warehouses.
1.2 EU Countries: We ship to all EU member states (Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden).
1.3 International: We also ship to Australia, UK ,Japan. For other countries, please contact us at info@rdswa-airbrush.com to confirm shipping availability.
Other countries are fulfilled from our Ningbo factory warehouse in China.
2. Shipping Methods & Timelines
We offer the following shipping methods, with estimated delivery times (excluding order processing time):
2.1 Standard Shipping (EU/USA):
– Carrier: DHL Economy, USPS First Class, or Royal Mail (UK).
– Estimated Delivery Time: 5-15 business days.
– Tracking: Available (tracking number will be sent via email once shipped).
– Express Shipping (EU/USA):
2.2 Carrier: DHL Express, FedEx, or UPS.
– Estimated Delivery Time: 5-15 business days.
– Tracking: Full tracking available (tracking number will be sent via email once shipped).
2.3 International Shipping (Canada/Australia/UK):
– Carrier: DHL International or Australia Post.
– Estimated Delivery Time: 5-15 business days.
– Tracking: Available (tracking number will be sent via email once shipped).
3. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and holidays). Processing time includes order verification, payment confirmation, and packaging. If your order is placed after 2:00 PM (CET), it will be processed the next business day.
4. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated based on your shipping destination, order weight, and shipping method. You can view the exact shipping fee during checkout, before completing your order.
4.1 Free Standard Shipping: Available for EU/USA orders over $99
4.2 Express Shipping Fees: Depending on destination and order weight.
4.3 International Shipping Fees: Depending on destination and order weight.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. You can also track your order by logging into your account on our Website and navigating to “Order History”.
6. Delays & Issues
6.1 Shipping Delays: While we strive to deliver your order on time, delays may occur due to customs clearance, weather conditions, carrier issues, or other circumstances beyond our control. If your order is delayed by more than 3 business days (for express shipping) or 7 business days (for standard shipping), please contact us at info@rdswa-airbrush.com, and we will investigate.
6.2 Lost or Damaged Packages: If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue, and may offer a replacement or full refund (depending on the situation). You may be required to provide photos of the damaged package or a copy of the delivery confirmation.
6.3 Customs Clearance (International Orders): International orders may be subject to customs clearance, which can cause additional delays. You are responsible for paying any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by your country’s customs authorities (see our Tax Policy for more details).
