Wholesale & Distribution Policy
Thank you for your interest in becoming a wholesale partner or distributor of RDSWA Airbrush products. This Wholesale & Distribution Policy outlines the terms, conditions, and requirements for B-end customers (retailers, distributors, salons, art supply stores, and businesses) interested in purchasing our airbrush products in bulk.
1. Eligibility for Wholesale Partnership
To qualify for our wholesale program, you must:
– Be a registered business (with a valid business license, VAT number for EU customers, or resale certificate for US customers).

– Place bulk orders with a minimum order quantity (MOQ) of 10 units per product.
– Have a physical or online retail presence (e.g., brick-and-mortar store, e-commerce website, social media store) that aligns with our brand values (focus on art, hobby, beauty, or automotive products).
– Agree to comply with our wholesale terms, pricing, and brand guidelines.
To apply, please send an email to info@rdswa-airbrush.com with your business name, contact details, business license/VAT/resale certificate, and estimated order volume. Our wholesale team will review your application and respond within 3-5 business days.
2. Wholesale Pricing & Discounts
– Wholesale pricing is exclusive to qualified wholesale partners and is significantly discounted from our retail prices (typically 30-50% off retail, depending on order volume).
– Volume Discounts: Additional discounts are available for larger orders:
– 50-99 units per product: 5% additional discount
– 100+ units per product: 10% additional discount
– Pricing is subject to change without prior notice, but we will notify wholesale partners of any price changes at least 30 days in advance. All wholesale prices are quoted in USD or EUR (depending on your region).
3. Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)
– The standard MOQ for wholesale orders is 10 units per product. You may mix and match products to meet the total order value requirement (minimum total order value: $500 / €500).
– For new wholesale partners, the first order must meet the MOQ and total order value requirement. Subsequent orders may have flexible terms (contact us for details).
4. Payment Terms for Wholesale Orders
We offer the following payment terms for qualified wholesale partners:
– 50% deposit at the time of order placement, and 50% balance before shipping (standard terms for all wholesale orders).
– Accepted payment methods: Bank Transfer (Wire Transfer), PayPal (for orders under $500), or credit card (Visa, Mastercard).
– Late payments: A late fee of 2% per month will be applied to any unpaid balances after the due date. We reserve the right to suspend future orders until all outstanding balances are paid.
5. Shipping & Delivery for Wholesale Orders
– Shipping Fees: Wholesale shipping fees are calculated based on order weight, destination, and shipping method. We offer discounted shipping rates for wholesale orders (negotiable for large orders).
– Shipping Methods: By air, by sea, we ship wholesale orders via DHL Express, FedEx, or UPS (for fast delivery) or DHL Economy (for cost-effective shipping).
– Delivery Time: Wholesale orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Delivery times vary by destination (EU/USA: 5-25 business days; International: 5-25 business days).
– Tracking: All wholesale orders include full tracking – we will send you the tracking number via email once the order is shipped.
– Customs Duties & Taxes: For international wholesale orders (outside the EU/USA), you are responsible for paying any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by your country’s customs authorities. We will provide commercial invoices to facilitate customs clearance.
6. Returns & Refunds for Wholesale Orders
– Defective/Damaged Products: If you receive defective or damaged products in your wholesale order, please contact us at info@rdswa-airbrush.com within 10 days of delivery, including photos of the defective/damaged items and packaging. We will offer a free replacement, full refund, or credit toward your next order (your choice).
– Unwanted Products: We do not accept returns for unwanted wholesale products, unless the products are defective or damaged. All wholesale orders are final once placed.
– Restocking Fees: No restocking fees apply for defective/damaged products.
7. Distribution Rights & Brand Guidelines
– Wholesale partners are granted the right to sell RDSWA Airbrush products through their own retail channels (physical stores, e-commerce websites, social media)
– Brand Guidelines: You agree to use our brand logos, product images, and descriptions in accordance with our brand guidelines (provided upon approval of your wholesale application). You may not modify our logos or product images without prior permission.
– Pricing Compliance: You agree to sell RDSWA Airbrush products at or above our minimum retail price (MRP) to maintain brand value and avoid price competition. We reserve the right to terminate the wholesale partnership if you consistently sell below the MRP.
8. Dropshipping Services
We offer dropshipping services for qualified wholesale partners. With dropshipping, you can sell our products on your website or store without holding inventory – we will ship the products directly to your customers on your behalf. To qualify for dropshipping:
– You must have an established e-commerce website or store.
– You must agree to our dropshipping terms (including order processing times, packaging requirements, and branding).

9. Termination of Wholesale Partnership
– We reserve the right to terminate the partnership immediately if you violate any of the terms in this policy (e.g., selling below MRP, non-payment of balances).
– Upon termination, all outstanding orders will be fulfilled, and any unpaid balances must be paid in full.
